The good news I lost a pound. The bad news is I didn't get to the 170 category. It's all good as the Wii told me I am working towards my goal.
Yesterday I did the challenge on jackknives and made 100.

This is to log my 3 months of consistent use of the Wii fit in addition to my other exercises. The Wii fit is to supplement my exercise regime when I just can't leave the house due to day to day responsibilities.
