...because I spent my morning at the Gym working out. Rememeber the Wii Fit for me was supposed to be a gap filler for times I could not break away from the house. Today was one of those days I could so I did. I worked out on Abs and legs.
Another thing I want to share is I have been making sure I have been consuming a minimum of 25grams of fiber a day. I've been using this liquid supplement to help with the fiber intake and it has other benifits like green tea:

It doesn't claim to be an exercise in a bottle any more then buying Wii Fit is going to the solution to getting fit while having fun. When you buy these products you are, whether you know it or not, making an agreement with them to do your part. You still need to watch what you eat and exercise.
What it has done for me:
Increased my fiber intake when taking it twice a day as prescribed. Between that and the fiber bread (two slices), I pretty much have 95% of my daily intake down. Throw down some edamamies and I'm covered.
It also has antioxidents which is good for you.
It has also made me alert in a short time which would be equililent of drinking a cup of coffee.
As they say , "You get what you put into it."
