Woke up at 3:30am and couldn't sleep so I decided to take advantage of it and do my workout early in the morning to start my day. My wife said this morning she noticed some weight loss on my mid section. Who better to notice then someone who has seen you every day.
Paula (my wife) and I are enjoying the little friendly rivalry with the scores on Wii fit. Especially yoga because I feel she is way better then me on it, but yet there is a time I can pass her up.
Tomorrow I weigh in. Last time my wii Fit age was 38. Since I turn 40 in 3 months I take what I can get.
Now if I can only get out to do 30 minutes of cardio, I will be set. I did the step aerobics in the event I didn't have time to get out.
