Some differences

I have not done my 30 minutes today, but wanted to note something. Yesterday I hit the treadmill which I have been hesitant because of my Achilles injury I don't like to run on roads and treadmills.

Since I have been doing some of the yoga poses prescribed by Wii Fit, I have had better posture and I felt it made a great difference when running on the treadmill.

Funny note: My daughter did the free run in place and tripped and fell down. Go figure.

Update 8:30PM

Did my cardio at the gym and did another 30 minutes of Wii fit. Really just meant to do Yoga, but I think I'm addicted. I can't stop until I hit 30.
