...you should do 30 minutes of physical activity. Yesterday I did 60 minutes of wii fit since I was trapped at home. I'm still having fun with it even though it's "Not a game". I have unlocked all the exercises and I have put myself in advanced in a few of them. The jack knife excercise which is good for the abs I am up to 30. I even do a modified set in addition to the regular set and instead of going straight like the video shows, I swing both arms to one side and then the other. Good for the obliques.
Another thing I have noticed is since I have done yoga with Wii fit, I have not had any back trouble. That is usually an issue that would slow or even stop me from excercising.
