This is to log my 3 months of consistent use of the Wii fit in addition to my other exercises. The Wii fit is to supplement my exercise regime when I just can't leave the house due to day to day responsibilities.

Gone in 60 minutes
Did 25 minutes on the epilipitcal machine and 60 minutes of Wii fit. Felt really good after the workout.
